Before with Artweaver
Have you tried some of the free digital software that is available to download? I thought I will give a couple of these a try and so far I have downloaded, installed and played with a fun, very limited software program called: Artweaver. You can download the free version, unzip the folder and click Open. It is a self installing, self-extracting file that actually has a few similar tools as PSElements. If you haven't decided to purchase a program yet, this software will allow you to play with a digital program at no expense and it's yours to use for however long you want. The after photo of the fish was created using a variety of techniques based on the tools that are available, that work just like in photoshop.
