The word this week is: "Architecture". This is a photo I took of the "Salt Palace" which was built along the edge of the Great Salt Lake. This is one of my favorite photos and I had some issues with it. There were cars in the parking lot that had to be removed, a light pole that was in the way and the sky was over-cast and very gray. I blended a hand-painted background with the photo and ran it through CS5 filters, plus a couple of iphone apps. Now it has the feel and look of a drawing. It's one of my favorites.
